We know and live high performance every day. While we’re best known for athlete profiling, team dynamic counseling, and coach development, we do more than just evaluations. Our team clients include National and Olympic teams, professional sports teams including leagues in Australia and abroad, and some of the biggest (and smallest) names in US college athletics. We work with many of the best university sports management, coaching, and sports science programs, as well as our wholesale assessments with leading international sports psychologists and performance consultants.

We are looking for a bright and hardworking Graphic Designer, looking for a great opportunity to start or advance their professional career in a Junior Graphic designer role. You will assist the Marketing Manager in the development and design of workbooks and manuals, advertisements and other marketing materials, as well as website and social media support, office administration and general business support.

We ask that you love the sport, maintain a dedicated work ethic, have very strong design and computer skills, exceptional commitment to detail and quality service, team spirit and attitude. positive. While we don’t expect you to have extensive experience, we do expect you to be good at what you do and must be able to demonstrate your skills in using Adobe Creative Suite (especially InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop), along with the desire to keep learning and making a commitment to great results, every time.


  • Currently studying or has completed a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in graphic design or a related field
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Strong communication, conceptual thinking, typography and design skills
  • Work portfolio
